CustomQueue
Built for smarter players
Competitive match insight for players who want more structure, clearer feedback, and less noise around the games they already enjoy with friends.
Public routes stay read-only. Member routes such as `Member Matches` and `Member Login` require existing access.
Public Players
Player access
CustomQueue is preparing for real online review. This page explains what players and reviewers can see today, what remains protected, and how access is coordinated in the current phase.
What players can review today
The current public surface is read-only and reviewer-friendly by design.
Public leaderboard
Open the current read-only player standings without entering the protected product area.
Product scope
Review what the platform already supports and where manual flows still remain.
Access routes
Use register for new Player accounts or member login for existing protected access.
What still stays protected
Claims remain intentionally restrained until the real public rollout exists.
Match creation, rematch flow, result resolution, admin tooling, and recovery workflows remain inside the protected product area.
Authentication is still handled through the current member-login bridge and is not presented as open Riot account onboarding.
Public player-facing foundations now exist, but public player profiles and open role elevation are not active in this phase.
What works today
This is already a real product surface, even if some post-game inputs still need manual help.
Tracked match flow, leaderboards, team standings, player analytics, and structured result import already work.
Riot Standard API support exists where it fits, and the app handles missing or expired keys conservatively without exposing that operational detail to public viewers.
For custom/private matches, Riot JSON import and quick manual import remain practical result-completion paths.
Why Tournament API access would help later
This explains future value without claiming the feature already exists.
Tournament API access would make match creation, lobby linkage, and result association more reliable for real online product use.
It would reduce manual result recovery work for custom sessions and make the player-facing flow easier to justify as a real online product instead of a protected platform plus imports.
That is a future product improvement, not current functionality.
Questions and access coordination
Public signup now exists for Player accounts, while support and elevated access stay coordinated.
Review and access questions can be sent to info@customqueue.com.
Use the register page for new Player accounts, then verify the email link before trying member login.
